Shipping and Payment Information
1. Shipping Costs
We deliver within Germany and worldwide with our partner DHL. Shipping costs are calculated as a flat rate per order and cover a weight of up to 31.5 kg.
Shipping within Germany
- DHL Standard: €25.00
- DHL Express: €55.00
International Shipping (Worldwide)
- DHL International: €45.00
- DHL Express International: €145.00
Note for International Shipping: For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (non-EU), additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, which are to be borne by the buyer.
2. Delivery Periods
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods shall take place:
- Domestic (Germany): within 2–4 business days (Standard) or 1–2 business days (Express).

International: within 5–14 business days (Standard) or 2–5 business days (Express).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
3. Data Transfer to Shipping Service Providers
For the fulfillment of the purchase contract, we pass on your data (name, address and, if required for delivery or notification, your email address or telephone number) to the commissioned shipping service provider:
DHL Paket GmbH (Sträßchensweg 10, 53113 Bonn, Germany) or DHL Express Germany GmbH.
The data is passed on exclusively for the purpose of package delivery, shipment tracking, or appointment coordination in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. Your data will not be passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.
