Return Policy for Business Customers (B2B) – Dr. Khouzami Laborgeräte
1. Voluntary Right of Return (30 Days)
Dr. Khouzami Laborgeräte grants its business customers a voluntary right of return for a period of 30 days from receipt of the goods. The return must be requested in writing within this period. Please note that this right applies exclusively to unused and original-packed analytical components.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a credit note or exchange, the item must be in brand-new condition. This means:
- Unused & Undamaged: The accessory must not have been mounted, contaminated, or used in any test runs.
- Original Packaging: The goods must be returned in the undamaged original packaging, including all test certificates and manuals.
- Sealing: For sterile items or sealed reference materials, the seal must be intact.
- Proof of Purchase: The invoice or delivery note number is mandatory for processing.
3. Initiating a Return
To authorize a return, please contact our team at info@dr-khouzami.de. Returns must be sent to the following address:

Upon review of your request, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Unannounced returns without prior authorization cannot be processed and will be returned at the sender's expense.
4. Shipping Damage and Notification of Defects
In accordance with standard commercial due diligence, delivered goods must be inspected immediately upon receipt for completeness and transport damage. Obvious defects or shortages must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of delivery (ideally with photo documentation) to enable a swift resolution.
5. Exclusion of Return
The following items are excluded from the right of return:
- Custom-made Products: Custom-configured analytical systems or specially manufactured glassware.
- Consumables: Reagents, chemicals, gases, or calibrated single-use items.
- Hazardous Materials: Items classified as hazardous goods after use or that have come into contact with toxic substances.
- Special Offers: Discounted discontinued models or B-stock.
6. Processing of Exchanges and Refunds
In the B2B sector, processing is primarily handled via replacement delivery or a credit to the customer account.
Once the return has been inspected and cleared at our facility, we will inform you of the decision. A refund to the original payment method will be issued within 10–15 business days after technical approval of the goods.
